Intent to Return

The Intent to Return form lets us know if your student will be returning next year or not. It also gives you the opportunity to add any siblings that you would like to enroll next year (where space allows). Every family must complete the Intent to Return Form. Your response is due no later than March 10th, but if you could let us know as soon as possible, that would be great! If you have any questions, please let us know.
