A Message from the Board Chair
Dear MCS Families,
This past spring, MCS completed its 25th year as Idaho’s oldest continuously operating charter school. For this, we have all of you to thank, as well as past students and families, our wonderful staff, and my fellow board members past and present. It is wonderful that so many have contributed to make that piece of state education history come true.
As I have said in previous letters, MCS was founded to give students access to state-of-the-art technology in their classrooms – not just for the sake of having technology, but to integrate it into lessons in order to provide students with the best possible opportunities. And now as we move into our next quarter-decade, I hope to hear from many of you about ways you think MCS can continue carrying out this part of its mission as new technologies evolve.
