The middle school art class worked very hard on this stained glass project. The colorful cellophane was difficult to work with, but students persevered and ended up creating some incredible art. They should be very proud of their excellent work!

Course Description
Welcome to Middle School ART!! This year we are able to offer two semesters of art. The first semester will focus on creating 2D art, working with pencil, charcoal, pain, and pastel to create dynamic work. The second semester will focus on 3D art, including work with book folding, clay, paper quilling, and paper-mache. The class will also be spending time each week on art criticism. This will expose students to famous artwork and teach them to look at art and see the elements and principals that go into each piece of work.
