Meeting with Clarissssa!
Taya's face says it all and Evelyn was gentle and supportive so that our class pet felt comfortable and safe.
On Friday, the kids got a chance to touch or hold Clarisssssa if they were interested. It was a good conversation and always a highlight of January. The kids wait for this day!!
At 18 years old, Clarissssa is a mature snake and handles all the attention very well. Thanks to Mrs. Miller, who loves snakes, and Clarissssa, for coming to class so that I can take pictures while Clarissssa is "Meeting and Greeting!"
