We are looking for some parent volunteers to help out the night of the carnival. It is just a short 2 weeks away!! If you are available on November 18th please let me know!
Here are some areas where we are looking for help:
Set-up (from 3:00 pm to 5:45pm on November 18th)
Clean-up (immediately following the carnival)
People to sell tickets at the door
People to pass out will call tickets at the door
People to help runs booths
People to sell concessions
(**please note that if we have enough parents to help we can do a rotation and still be able to spend some time out at the carnival with our kids**)
