The MCS Parent Action Team is pleased to offer the Moscow Charter School Student Directory this year to all students and their parents. The password protected digital directory includes the student's name, parent/guardian names, family address, home/cell number, email address and grade level. Students may use the directory to meet new classmates and get homework assignments, etc. We hope parents will find themselves using the directory almost as much as their students.  We're sure you will find this directory very helpful during the school year.

Because of the privacy act, it is imperative that we receive a completed permission/opt-out slip back from every student.  The MCS School Directory is intended for individual contact information only and may not be used for commercial, political or solicitation purposes. 

If you wish to opt-out of the directory, please make the appropriate selection below. 

Our goal is to have 100% participation in this project.
