MCS Academy Days

Just because the kids are out of school doesn't mean they still can't learn...

HANDS-ON, MINDS-ON WORKSHOPS

The Moscow Charter School invites all K-6 students to MCS Academy Days - where students come to school on teacher work days and are taught by community teachers in fun and enriching ways.
Workshops run 9:00am - 3:00pm
MCS students pay $20.00, non MCS students pay $30.00

Students will learn more about fish and wildlife native to Idaho.

Kirsten Dahl- Moscow School District substitute school teacher & avid birder
Terry Gray- Former president of Palouse Audubon Society

9:00 – 9:30	Registration and Welcome
9:30 – 11:30	Fish anatomy, fish identification, casting
11:30 – 12:15	Lunch / Recess
12:15 – 1:30	Wildlife tracks & other identifying other Idaho wild critters
1:30 – 1:45	Recess
1:45 – 3:00	Birds of a feather- Owls- pellets, raptors, etc.
